Find your registered email address

When in contact with the support we might ask you for what address you have registered on your account to be able to confirm that we are checking the correct account. If you are unsure of what email you are using for your RaceONE account, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to your profile in the app
  2. Click on the menu icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
  3. Click on EDIT PROFILE
  4. Click on the field under EMAIL
  5. You will now see your registered email address and be able to change both email and password if needed
